Royal Wulff Multi-Tip Spey Line
Royal Wulff is introducing a new Triangle Taper Multi-Tip Spey

Governors.
These 120-foot lines
come with four interchangeable
heads: a 20foot

Type IV sinker (4 to 5
i.p.s. sink rate), and a 15-foot
Type VI sinker (6 to 8 i.p.s.
sink rate). The floating head
and floating running
line feature Royal Wulff's high-float, super-slick J3 coating.
Welded loops are provided for quick head changes,
and a zippered head wallet is included. Final pricing was

Costa Del Mar Man o' War
Costa Del Mar is introducing a new frame style, the upscale Man o'
War, designed for fly anglers with wide faces. Frame material is the timetested
TR-90. The bows get full-length Megol, sticky-rubber bottom
rims with behind-the-ear ridges to keep them from sliding fore and aft,
and a Megol nose pad that prevents them from slipping down sweaty
noses. Plastic side shields with Megol bearing rims further aid in keeping
them in place, and the side shields can be popped out if not needed.
Man o' War frames are available in three colors: Shiny Tortoise,
Matte Black or Silver. Lens choices include Costa 580
polarized glass lenses in Copper or Gray ($209), or
Blue or Green Mirror ($229). Costa 400 polycarbonate,
glass or mirror glass lenses are also available
($129 to $179). See them at Booth 519, or contact

T. L. Johnson Mid Arbor Reels
T. L. Johnson Rod Company has made a
name for itself in high-performance, fly rods.,
and now they're introducing a line of reasonably
priced fly reels.
The new reels are full-cage designs for the ultimate in
strength, but still offer an overlapping palming rim. Their midarbor
spools strike a good balance between line retrieval rate and
line/backing capacity. Finish is a stealthy matte black. The drag
system features multiple Rulon and anodized aluminum discs and
is fully sealed to keep water, salt and debris out of the works. The
drag is operated by a one-inch diameter, 1/4 inch relief, knurled
aluminum knob that rotates through two revolutions lock to lock.
Start-up inertia is totally imperceptible. Final sizing and pricing
was not available at press time. See them at Booth 385, or for
